Giving the slow pace the Jamaican deejay trial’s took, when, once again today it could not go ahead as the presiding judge Justice Bryan Sykes was unavailable because involved in another murder case which started last week. Vybz Kartel trial was then put off to tomorrow.

One of Kartel’s attorneys, Christian Tavares Finson asked for a copy of the indictment as well as a copy of the list of witnesses to be called by the prosecution. He said the defense is ready to begin its case.

Vybz Kartel, whose given name is Adidja Palmer, Lenburgh McDonald and Nigel Thompson are charged in relation to the killing of businessman Barrington ‘Bossy’ Burton.
