Montego Bay Jamaica has been on fire this whole past week with the staging of the 25th Reggae Sum Festival 2017 that featured some of the biggest and baddest acts in reggae dancehall music and a lot of international guests to delight patrons from all over the world.

This year live shows included Spice, Bounty Killer, Ishawna, Mavado, Tommy Lee Sparta, Popcaan, Beenie Man, Stephen and Jo Mersa Marley with Capleton, Sizzla, Jah Cure, Sean Kingston and Alkaline to name just a few.
All the artists delivered good performances, Spice is the baddest! She went on stage laying on a bed, starting her gig with her hottest hit right now “Sheet” and while she delivered a great live performance she also bigged up Vybz Kartel “for giving her Romping Shop, her biggest hit song to date”.
She said Gaza me seh and #freeworldboss, she called the #GazaNation and delivered an amazing show. Vybz Kartel was bigged up also by his freenemy/rival Mavado that also bigged up Gaza and by Tommy Lee Sparta, that did great on Sumfest‘s stage and by Jah Cure that sang a tribute for Buju Banton & Vybz Kartel.
Jamaican vendetta’s Deejay Alkaline could not hold back his energy and started dissing left and right, starting his diss show with Notnice, to whom he screamed “Notnice Suk yuh mada”, then he said he saw Nammy Lee backstage and he even had a word for Popcaan that he called Flopcaan. Then he went on to close his energetic set with a string of his latest hit songs and had Gully God Mavado joining him on stage for a cameo.
