Dancehall superstar Likkle Vybz is spreading some love this Valentine’s weekend with the release of his first solo EP, aptly titled, “Love Lane.” Produced by UTG Records.
The rollout for Love Lane EP includes four official music videos, giving fans multiple visual interpretations of the project’s themes. These visuals help elevate the release beyond audio, positioning it as a complete dancehall music package—an important factor for engagement on YouTube and other video-first platforms. The combination of visuals and accessible production has contributed to the EP’s growing traction among fans of Jamaican dancehall music.
The Love Lane EP features a sound that blends modern dancehall with smooth, emotionally driven production, keeping the arrangements clean and accessible. Rather than relying on heavy effects or overcrowded riddims, the songs leave room for vocals and melody, making the EP easy to stream from start to finish.
It has been remarkable to witness the artistic evolution of Likkle Vybz over the years. Long before his current run of newest releases, he first entered the scene alongside his brother Likkle Addi back in 2014, when the duo were still very young. At the time, they were introduced to audiences under the name PG13, and we were already documenting their journey as early supporters, tracking their growth from childhood talents into serious dancehall prospects.
From those early beginnings, Likkle Vybz and Likkle Addi went on to release a consistent string of songs that gained traction well before they reached their teenage years. That early catalog laid the groundwork for what would later become a more refined and confident sound, showing steady progression rather than overnight success. Their chemistry as siblings translated naturally into music, helping them build a loyal fan base within the Jamaican dancehall space.
That foundation eventually led to their official debut album, Team Different, a project that marked a major milestone in their careers and showcased their growth as recording artists. The album captured a transitional period, bridging their early releases with a more mature approach to songwriting and delivery.
Today, with Love Lane EP, Likkle Vybz steps further into his own , but the journey from those early PG13 records to his current solo work adds valuable context. For longtime listeners, revisiting those earlier songs and collaborations highlights just how much range and development has taken place over the years, making this latest release feel like a natural continuation rather than a sudden shift.
Listeners have been gravitating toward the project for its straightforward approach. Online feedback highlights the replay value of the tracks, with several fans pointing out that the EP feels cohesive rather than scattered.
The project is available for streaming on platforms such as YouTube and Spotify, making it accessible to fans worldwide who are actively searching for new dancehall music to stream. In addition to streaming, Love Lane EP is also available for purchase across major digital music stores, appealing to listeners who prefer to support artists through downloads.
As the son of Vybz Kartel, Likkle Vybz naturally attracts attention, but Love Lane stands on its own as a current and relevant dancehall release. Rather than leaning on comparisons, the EP reflects a clear artistic direction focused on song structure, tone, and presentation—key elements for longevity in today’s competitive streaming landscape.
