Vybz Kartel Gaza Slim Pim Pim Trial Remanded Again Aug 30 2012

Vybz Kartel with Vanessa ‘Gaza Slim’ Saddler and Andre ‘Pim-Pim’ Henry all went on their trial yesterday, on charge of perverting the course of justice. The trial was postponed again to November 12 in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court.

Vybz Kartel,Gaza Slim and Pim Pim’s trial was set to begin yesterday but was further delayed due to the absence of the presiding judge and the non-disclosure of statements to the defense, therefore  a new date was scheduled and Kartel was remanded into custody while Gaza Slim & Pim Pim had their bails extended.

All of them were charged last December while Adidja Palmer, was  already in custody after being charged with the murder of Clive Williams at the end of August, beginning ofSept 2011, so now is been an year.

It Is alleged that, on October 29, Gaza Slim filed a report at the Constant Spring Police Station claiming that Williams robbed her. However, investigators said that the three had fabricated the story to mislead the police into believing that Williams was not dead. Also charged with Williams’ death are Calvin ‘Moonie’ Haye, also on bail , deejay Shawn Storm and Cairo Jones.
