Popular Jamaican singer Sean Kingston is at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami in stable but critical condition today after crashing yesterday a Jet Ski into a Miami Beach bridge, his publicist said.
Kingston, 21, and a female passenger were injured when the watercraft he was operating hit the Palm Island Bridge around 6 p.m. Sunday.
The Miami Herald reported that a passing boater saw the accident and took the two on board his vessel.
Kingston was initially treated in the hospital’s trauma unit and transferred to intensive care after his condition stabilized. The precise nature of the injuries were not reported and authorities are still investigating the crash.
Sean Kingston (real name: Kisean Anderson) best known for his hit single “Beautiful Girls”, dated back to 2007, toured with Justin Bieber last year and collaborated with the him on the single “Eenie Meenie.”
He has also toured with Gwen Stefani and Beyonce. Kingston’s publicist, Joseph Carozza, said the singer’s family is grateful for everyone’s prayers and support. Feel better soon Sean Kingston!
