Jamaican dancehall reggae recording artist Popcaan keeps enjoying waves on his international popularity that has been opening new and big doors for the former Portmore Empire artist.
The Jamaican deejay, that rose to popularity mentored by incarcerated Jamaican superstar Vybz Kartel, has been featured on the new album of the british virtual band Gorillaz, that dropped last month and it’s packed with hits and big line up of artists, after Gorillaz took almost a decade of break from the music scene. The album, titled Humans is big and Popcaan, real name Andre Sutherland, has a song, titled Saturn Barz on it, that surely will make his fan base wider.

Bigger than that, Popcaan‘s collaborative hit single – Good Times, that was produced in 2015 UK based DJ Jamie XX, which features American rapper Young Thug, and it’s feature on Dj Jamie XX independent album In Color, gave the single a huge popularity and has been picked up by Coca-Cola for their latest commercial, that is airing hot on radio and television across the world right now.

The Popcaan’s song ‘Good Times’ is the soundtrack for the ad the soft drink company’s 2017 ‘Share a Coke’ summer campaign, which was launched on Tuesday.
Popcaan and Young Thug ‘Good Times’ is considered one of the best and most popular songs of 2015 and was one of the biggest jams in Jamaica for 2015.
