Bayside Rocks Festival 2011 is scheduled to rock Miami on November 19.
Yeah there’s sometime from here to the event I’m giving heads up so you can get ready and schedule your trip if you don’t live nearby. Bayside Rocks is a fun day with a great line up of Artists, filled with social consciousness, community and environmental thoughts with an urgent humanitarian effort to fight poverty and feed the hungry.
Each year, patrons are asked to contribute two or more cans of food as part of the cost of admission. Proceeds from this year’s ticket sales and food drive will benefit Curleys House, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-to-moderate income individuals, families, the elderly, youth-at-risk, the abused, and HIV/AIDS infected individuals by providing the nutrition they need.
One of a kind outdoor Music Festival that is also a celebration of arts,music, culture, peace, love for the planet. It’s also a celebration of Jamaica and caribbean music and this year line up is amazing! You got Bunny Wailer,Luciano, The Original Wailers, Pato Banton, Warrior King, Cultura Profetica, Tabou Combo, Gondwana and many others with King Waggy T, Jah Stream and Don One as master of cerimonies in a location that already been blessed with so many legendary shows.
Launched in 2010, Bayside Rocks Festival is for the people.It was principally initiated as a full day celebration of cultural awareness and consciousness, it is an exhibition of vision for the arts, and for the creative expressions of the community. The park will be filled with vendors packing good food and good crafts so while listening to good music you can also browse around the maze of colorful booths and bring home some memories of the day.
