It happened again. Jamaican reggae artist Chronixx has been obsessed with WorldBoss lately.
While in California, at Coachella Festival, in a new interview, he called Gaza General his big (musical) brother.
The young reggae artist has been upsetting Vybz Kartel’s fans, when during his interview with Vice’s Noisey Jamaica, he called the dancehall star a “cannibal.”.
During the interview Chronixx, while reasoning about the violence in Jamaican music, singled out Vybz Kartel as the main cause and problem of violence in Jamaica’s music and culture.
“Vybz Kartel himself has done a lot of good things in life, I must say,” Chronixx said. “Gangsterism, cannibalism… because Vybz Kartel overtime became a cannibal. When you listen to his music it is very cannibalistic.”
Is not even two weeks ago he called Kartel a ‘cannibal’ and now Chronixx, which named other Jamaican Dancehall artists like Damian Marley, Mavado, Busy Signal, Sean Paul, Flexx and more, calls Kartel his big brother.
“As far as Damian Marley is concern… and I am sure he knows that he is really a big brother to a lot of youths and myself being one of them and its good that we have a big brother like him because we have many other big brothers,” Chronixx said.
“You talking about big brothers like Mavado, big brothers like Vybz Kartel, big brothers like Flexx.”

Regarding the over the top negative comments that he made on Vybz Kartel during his Noisey interview – that we didn’t feel like re-posting, you can find it on youtube, Chronixx says that the media and fans blew it out of proportion.
