Incarcerated World Boss Vybz Kartel has a new banger out with producer JayCrazie titled “Long Live Jamaica’.
Vybz Kartel’s new song is dedicated to his homeland Jamaica and comes out just in time for Hero Day. National Heroes’ Day is a Jamaican holiday, observed on the third Monday in October. It is a celebration of the island’s seven National Heroes, and also the date on which awards within the Jamaican honors system are bestowed.
Vybz Kartel has a lot of love for his country, despite the harsh treatment that started long before his incarceration. Incarceration that has not stopped Vybz Kartel’s voice from being heard across the seven seas. Just in this month of October Vybz Kartel has so many anthems out, and still scoring so big within the music industry and his fans, after being behind bars for almost 10 years, that no other artist ever can compete with his level at this point.
The fans recognize him that, as well as the streets, worldwide, and hopefully one day soon he will receive a medal for his contribution to Jamaican music culture, even if behind bars.
