Mavado aka Gully God signed to Dj Khaled

It’s official! Mavado di Gully God fresh of his American working visa just signed to Dj Khaled We The Best Music Group with an announcement on Hot 97.1, Nyc based radio station, during Angie Martinez show.

A happy Dj Khaled and an even happier Mavado shared the news.“Mavado’s part of the family; part of the brand. It’s about to be an expansion to the movement. It’s going to be a movie, you feel me? I’m really excited about this because my roots and where I come from, I’ve known Mavado since before he was Mavado.” Khaled said.

“Mavado always puts great music out, and I just want to add more to it, add some steroids to it,” Khaled told HOT 97. The announcement comes nearly two months after Mavado was re-issued a United States visa by the United States Embassy in Kingston. Additionally, this comes four months after Mavado launched his own record label, Mansion Records & released his hit, debut single via the label, “Delilah” shortly thereafter. “Delilah” was added to HOT 97’s regular playlist earlier this week.
