Vybz Kartel‘s documentary Dark Star is a unofficial biography documentary that follows up with the popular incarcerated Jamaican dancehall star career since its beginnings and while it recognizes Kartel‘s talent and power as a lyricist and a genius, it also underlines Kartel has a dark character focusing more on what the star did in his life in negative than in positive and forgetting to mention how many youths Kartel helped during his free live as a mentor.
