Listen To Popcaan New Music “Gangsta Way” Boom Bap Riddim
Jamaican dancehall artists Unruly Popcaan and Gully God Mavado recorded again new music voicing on the same riddim, after already recording on the previous Snoop Lion’s single “Lighters Up”.
Popcaan, real name Andre Sutherland, is a young Jamaican dancehall artist that is gaining a lot of popularity in his native Jamaica and in the rest of the world, thanks to his unique voice and deejay skills, as well as some gritty and real lyrics that are a signature to most of his songs.
Launched to stardom in Vybz Kartel’s Portmore Empire,Popcaan was discovered by Vybz Kartel in very young age, learning a lot from his mentor, and becoming part of Vybz Kartel Gaza Movement. Following Vybz Kartel‘s arrest, Popcaan went on to launch his own career.
Gaza fans and Kartel’s fans as Kartel himself did not take the news too well, over all the fact that Popcaan‘s is getting close to Gully Mavado and recording music with him ,annoyed some hardcore Gaza fans and Kartel’s own entourage.
Popcaan does not care and keeps releasing new music and commenting on the latest controversies via his lyrics, like the new track “Gangsta Way” voiced on the Boom Bap Riddim, which is produced by Funk Master Flex and will be featured in his upcoming and popular mixtape “Who You Mad At? Me Or Yourself?” PT 2
Voicing on Boom Bap Riddim also veteran dancehall reggae artists Mavado and Sean Paul on a tune called “In The Ghetto”.
