Stephen “Ragga” Marley – the eight-time Grammy awards winning and multi-talented singer/songwriter/musician/ producer – announces his Acoustic Tour across the country.

The momentous tour, which is being dubbed an intimate evening with Stephen Marley, kicks off on October 27, 2018 in Mobile, Alabama. Hitting over 15 cities across the United States, this exclusive tour will give fans a once in a lifetime opportunity to several of Marley’s melodic hits in their authentic acoustic origin.

“I am very much looking forward to sharing many of my songs stripped down as they first occurred in their natural form,” says Stephen Marley.

His robust collection of music offers an organic blend of eclectic elements that defy categorization and have earned him two Grammys – for his album Mind Control; 2007’s Mind Control and 2009’s Mind Control: Acoustic.

Known for creating an unprecedented space in music through his remarkable innovative ability to infuse reggae music with hip-hop, electronic and soulful beats, Marley has developed a loyal following.

As a part of this tour a dollar from each ticket purchased will be donated to his transformative non-profit organization, the Ghetto Youths Foundation.




The Ghetto Youths Foundation provides opportunity to young people, seniors, and families from comprised communities and challenging situations.

The Foundations mission: let the hungry to be fed, the naked clothed, the sick nourished, the aged protected, and the infants cared for.

Fans will also have another opportunity to donate to support this most worthy cause by attending an ‘Exclusive Meet & Greet’ with Stephen Marley.

This special opportunity is slated to take place on two stops of the tour – immediately following his performance: November 15th in NY at Sony Hall and November 17th in Washington DC at Howard Theatre.

ABOUT STEPHEN MARLEY


Stephen “Ragga” Marley is the second eldest son of reggae legend Bob Marley and Rita Marley. He was raised in Kingston, Jamaica and started singing professionally at seven-years old with his elder siblings Ziggy, Sharon and Cedella as The Melody Makers.

The singer, songwriter, musician and producer has consecutively landed #1 on the U.S. Billboard Reggae Album Chart for all of his solo albums and has earned a total of eight Grammys for Best Reggae Album
