England’s Dancehall act, Stylo G, won the Best Reggae Act Award at the Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards last night.
Earlier this year the Jamaica native joined fellow top Dancehall artists such as Jah Vinci, RDX and Tiana and released a single off Hitmaker Muzik’s “Skin To Skin” Riddim.Stylo G’s single “Come Inna Mi Room” rapidly became a fan favourite and continues to receive a great amount of radio rotation in Jamaica and the U.K.
Kedon “Hitmaker” Whyte, owner of the Hitmaker Muzik Label expresses his happiness for his fellow artist,
“This is a great look for the Dancehall fraternity and I would like to send out a big congrats on behalf of the label and the #HitGang family.”
Hitmaker continues to push the singles off of the “Skin To Skin” riddim after spending the last 3 months in the U.S and Canada working on the releases promotional campaign.
While away the multi-faceted artist/producer has also put together a music video for his own single off the riddim “Body Calling” which will be released mid-november on Vevo.
As for the near future, Hitmaker, has a few projects underway, just the other day we saw him on Instagram giving his fans a little teaser of upcoming riddim “Intercourse” featuring himself and Kalado.
