Tommy Lee, real name Leroy Russell, made his first court hearing last week Tuesday since being charged for breaching the Anti-Lottery Act, known as the Lottery Scam.
Sparta was released on a bond. A judge ordered the deejay to turn over his travel documents and also notified all ports that the deejay should not leave the island.
The latest news we can share with the Uncle Demon fans worried about their idol are the one that come from his attorney, Burt Samuels, which insisted that his client is an artist and he is no scammer.
“Mr Russell, who is known by the stage name Tommy Lee Sparta, has one occupation and that is being an international recording artist and this can be proven,”
Samuels said. “He is not a scammer.”
