Jamaican dancehall deejay Vybz Kartel has been nominated for Best Reggae Artist for the 2010 Soul Train Awards.
Soul Train Awards 2010 is scheduled In Atlanta, Georgia on November 10th will air on Sunday 28th @ 9 pm on both BET and CENTRIC, make sure to don’t miss it!!
Alicia Keys, Usher, Drake, B.O.B., Nicki Minaj, Sade, Fantasia, and many other international superstars will perform. The Soul Train Awards will feature a host of live performances including sets from R. Kelly, Keyshia Cole, Rick Ross, and Ne-Yo and will be hosted by Oscar-nominated actors Terrance Howard and Taraji P. Henson.
2010 has been so far a lucky year for Jamaican recording artist Vybz Kartel, real name Adidja Palmer, that already achieved a nomination for Best Reggae Artist by the Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards, which airs in Liverpool, England.
Kartel has been named Deejay of the Year, Recording Artist of the Year, and Songwriter/Lyricist of the Year by the 2010 Excellence in Music and Entertainment Awards in Jamaica.
