VYBZ KARTEL IS IN THE AIR! CAN YOU FEEL IT?
Even if still incarcerated Vybz Kartel, his lyrics, his music, the whole World Boss Essence, still has a lot of grip in Jamaica.
While Kartel is still in jail, where he has been detained for more than 5 years now, his songs and his music were blasting all over Jamaica from the speaker boxes located on the sidewalk of the main streets , while the 17th General Election was going down.
Not to mention Vybz Kartel’s lyrics were quoted left and right from various politicians running for office. While keeping him incarcerated politician used his lyrics to win people sympathy!
Once again World Boss is the winner, with this new adapted reggae song where he goes a bit political with some social commentary using a reggae classic song!
Portia Simpson Miller’s People’s National Party (PNP) lost to JLP, the Jamaican Labour Party.
As usual up to di time Jamaican dancehall Ace Vybz Kartel released a song titled “Tomorrow People”. Vybz Kartel once again tells the truth using a classic reggae song to do it!

VYBZ KARTEL ‘TOMORROW PEOPLE (NO VOTE)’ LYRICS
Represent for the ghetto youth them you know
Hold on, Hold on, Hey
Tomorrow people, where is your past?
Tomorrow people, how long will you last?
Tomorrow people, where is your past?
Tomorrow people, how long will you last?
Today you say you deyah
Tomorrow you say you’re gone
And ya nah come back
If there is no love in your heart
Then there is no hope for you true, true
