Jamaican recording reggae dancehall artist Popcaan, real name Andre Sutherland, is super hot again, with three official videos out right now : Lighters Up  with Snoop Lion & Gully God Mavado, his own new video for ‘So We Do It’, on Kling Klang riddim and now ‘Blocka’, with rapper Pusha T & Travis Scott.

LargeUp.com rolls with dancehall star Popcaan and friends at Three West, his housing scheme in Greater Portmore, Jamaica, where he plays dominos with his chargies, puff the highest grades and brings back his memories of growing up and going to school between Tree West and S Thomas, places he both calls home, way before his music dream begun.

A DAY IN THE LIFE WITH POPCAAN – LARGE UP

Largeup get close and personal with Popcaan the Hotskull, the Unruly, the youngest former member of Portmore Empire that was nurtured and schooled by Vybz Kartel.

Popcaan in the interview with Largeup opens up, saying he will never change, he loves his family and he bigs up Vybz Kartel, his mentor, the man that first believed in his talent.

Vybz Kartel at the moment doesn’t reciprocate the young deejay feeling because Popcaan went solo also economically, having his own management and not paying anymore percentage to Kartel.
