Vybz Kartel will have to wait until December 19 to know if he will be released on bail.
Mr Palmer appeared in the Corporate Area Resident magistrate’s Court this morning expecting that a bail application would be filed by his attorneys on his behalf but a spanner was thrown into the works after it was revealed that certain documents relating to the case was not ready to be served on the defense.
Some progress tho : Senior Magistrate Judith Pusey ruled today that the prosecution must hand over video and voide evidence to the defense no later than December 15.
