Latest new on the case of incarcerated dancehall artist Vybz Kartel.
The Jamaican dancehall star returned to court today in relation to the murder of Jamaican businessman Barrington ‘Bossy’ Burton. Burton was killed in July last year in the parish of St Catherine.
Vybz Kartel’s murder trial has been postponed again until December 3. Same thing happened for his two co-accused Nigel Thompson and Lenburgh McDonald .
Kartel appeared before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court but the trial, that was set to start in the Home Circuit this morning, was rescheduled to December as the prosecution said it was not ready.

Adidja Palmer, is charged with conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of a firearm in relation to this case and has been in custody since September last year.
Although he has received bail in relation to the murder of Burton, Kartel cannot take up the bond since he has been remanded in connection with the murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams.
Adidja Palmer, is on $3 million bail in relation to that charge but he’s been held in custody as he is facing another charge of murder for which he is to be tried next month n November. Kartel and co-accused were represented by attorneys Tom and Chris Tavares-Finson and Michael Deans.
Kartel will appear again before the court with Pim Pim and Vanessa Bling on Nov 12, then court days again on Nov 29 and Dec 3.
in my so not humble opinion,i think this is pure bs.the prosecution is not ready coz they got no solid evidence against the teacha.i think kartel should sue this bastards for defamation and loss of revenue for period he has been behind bars*interest.

Tru dat!!!If they had the evidence they would have sentenced him time & time ago!!They`re doing everything in their power to strip him of everyting!!The funny thing is that he`s been held responsible for this murder, that murder, but is there any evidence of bodies, witnesses etc…this is getting so damn boring!!Just free him..people dem never had no trust inna da system, now no one will neva have!!This has turned into a circus!!No matter how hard dem a try, they cant strip him of his talent..
