Jamaican superstar Vybz Kartel, real name Adidja Palmer, released a very touching and deep new single titled “It Hard”, that it’s quickly becoming a fan favorite.
Vybz Kartel has been behind bars for more than 10 years now, while his popularity in music kept growing since his incarceration, he isstill awaiting for the UK Privy Council to examine his case and hopefully write a different end either shortening the sentence or set the man free.
This will be the last chance for Vybz Kartel to re-gain his freedom, so while the wait it is nerve breaking for the artist and his family, friends and fans, there is still a hint of hope that he could be free at the end of the road.
Vybz Kartel’s new song “It Hard” is a song a lot of people can relate to since we all go through difficulty making a living and surviving, but especially the ghetto youths in Jamaica and all over the world, where no jobs, money or food are easy available.
In this brand new track produced by Vybz Kartel and Aiko Pon Di Beat, the still incarcerated dancehall superstar sings about the difficulties of poor people life, the every day struggles just to eat and stay alive.
“Mi siddung and wonder if god loves me, mi siddung and wonder if god real.”
This another Kartel’s social commentary song where he deejays about the tribulation of lacking money and the need to make money and improve the quality of life, the pressure, the pain.
