STR8 VYBZ Riddim (2025) arrives as a full-scale celebration the Gaza era and of modern dancehall culture, blending street energy, party vibes, and recognizable names that still move the global audience.

Back in 2010 Notnice Records released a project called  Street Vybz Riddim, featuring Vybz Kartel’s smashing hit with the same title, but this is the STR8 VYBZ RIDDIM 2025 by TJ Records and Adidjaheim Records!

Fast-forward 14 years to today where  TJ Records and Adidjaheim Records put together some of today Dancehall’s Heavyweights for the new installment ‘Str8 Vybz Riddim’, released today Janaury 7th, which is Vybz Kartel’s birthday!

This is a very awaited new release that taps into the same spirit that hooked fans many years ago— raw, high-energy, and built for sound systems, DJ mixes, and dancehall playlists.

This riddim has so many talking points and everybody is talking about it!! Let’s start with Kraff Gad, whose track “Who Mek The Rum” has quickly become a crowd favorite. The song is already making waves in clubs, street parties, and online dancehall playlists, thanks to its catchy hook and liquor-forward party theme. The title also nods and homage to Vybz Kartel’s well-known rum brand,  the inspiration behind the whole juggling, giving the riddim an extra layer of cultural relevance that longtime fans immediately recognize.
