Jamaican recording artist Shawn Storm, real name, Sean Campbell, that now has a new aka, The Zombie, is currently incarcerated with his mentor Vybz Kartel and awaiting to finally take part to their appeal trial, scheduled to start in a matter of days, on July 9th in Kingston Jamaica.

Signed to Vybz Kartel’s Portmore Empire and member of Gaza since the start, Shawn has been one of the few real loyal soldier to Kartel’s, after his arrest, in the whole camp. It’s just right then that his new single it’s becoming quickly popular among dancehall fans in Jamaica and the world.
Shawn Storm has always had this super smooth chill flow and delivery and a very unique tone, once you hear his voice you won’t forget him, goes over the theme of loyalty and betrayal mentioning the many that betrayed Worl Boss and left the Gaza, before and after Kartel’s arrest, but he didn’t.

Shawn Storm has been sentenced to 25 years in jail before parole in the murder case of Clive “Lizard” Williams in April 2014, in the longest trial in Jamaican history ,with co-accused Vybz Kartel, real name Adidja Palmer, Andre St John and Kaira Jones, all the men will have a chance to prove their innocence when the trial re-starts next week, after being 4 years in the making.
Before Shawn Storm’s career was cut short with the arrest, he was a very prolific recording artist with several dancehall hit songs that were gaining attention also internationally for his versatility as a deejay and a sing jay. He recorded a great amount of music being always in the studio with World Boss Vybz Kartel, to whom he always stayed loyal to, that signed to his own label Adidjaheim Records the Portmore’s Empire imprinting.
