This event is billed as a ‘Day of Fun and Excitement for the Entire Family’ with water slides, jerk cook-off competition, fashion show, bounce house, face painting, magicians, and clowns and of course, lots of excellent music.

Touted as one of “The biggest Caribbean food festivals in the USA!,” This family-oriented event is not to be missed.

Hosted by Papa Keith, the talent line-up includes Sanchez, Mr. Vegas, Wayne Wonder and Frankie Paul as well as the amazing Stone Love Sound System.

Sanchez is primarily known for love songs and cover versions of pop and R&B songs. He is also now a full-time music producer, and has self-produced two albums, one dancehall (Like a General) and one gospel (There is no Other Like You Lord).

Mr. Vegas got his moniker “Mr. Vegas” by his schoolyard football-mates, who thought that he kicked the ball like a Las Vegas dancer. In his early years as a ‘sing-jay’, Vegas sang covers of Jamaican hits at local parties and shows and from there has recorded hit after hit and achieved many awards.

In 2012, the hit single ‘Sweet Jamaica” was named by Google Music as ‘Top 50 albums of 2012′, and landed the ‘Best of 2012’ in the reggae section of iTunes.

Paul Blake (born 1965), better known as Frankie Paul, is one of Jamaica‘s best-loved and popular dancehall reggae artists. Born blind, he has been dubbed by some ‘The Jamaican Stevie Wonder’.

Born in Jamaica in 1965, Blake was born blind but as a child had his sight partially restored by an operation on a hospital ship.

He sang for, and impressed Stevie Wonder when Wonder visited the school that Blake attended, prompting him to pursue a singing career. Frankie Paul has a voice that improves with each release.
