Saturday November 19 is approaching fast get ready for an amazing day in a beautiful and historical park by the water in downtown Miami filled with the mystic magic of reggae music.
Roots & Reggae will rock Bayside and this year event is also carrying a strong eco-friendly message full of love for the environment.Peace, Love, Unity & Awareness for the planet & heavy weights on stage. The line up of live performances features legendary names like Luciano, Bunny Wailer, The Original Wailers celebrating their 30 Anniversary, Warrior King, The Wailing Souls, Pato Banton and more.
In addition to the concert, there will be an arts & crafts village, food vendors from around the world with exotic spices and flavas , local farmers market, several recycling stations, recycling food vendor oil, vendor compost pick up, energy efficient lighting and the list goes on. It’s that type of event that just happens once a year that will leave you good memories for months and it’s one of those appointments you can’t miss if you feel you want to be part of this movement where we all are One People.
Bayside Rocks is more than just a musical celebration, is also a found raiser for Curley’s House, a City of Miami-based organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-to-moderate income individuals, families, the elderly, youth-at-risk, the abused, and HIV/AIDS infected individuals by providing the nutrition they need. All guests are invited to bring two or more cans of food that will be donated to Curley’s House.
There’s something for everybody: the park will be filled with activities like a song contest for local bands, yoga , live paintings, drum circles, even a fashion show and other cultural activities.
