After making all that noise with the army raiding his properties and bringing up those serious murder charges last week, police apparently then forgot about Vybz Kartel‘s case not filing the necessary documents for court hearings and other nonsense nobody would aspect since the whole world is watching and the serious nature of the charges.
It looks more and more like a set up and police trying to buy some time to make up an already looking weird case
Based on comments all over the internet a lot of people started thinking it’s all a scheme, a fraud, a wrap against Addi, while comments are going viral, as well as everything connected to this case, everybody has something to say.
Yesterday, Friday October 7, Mr. Palmer pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana when his case was called up in court at the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court.
His female companion Alicia Jackson, pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $500 or thirty days for the offense.
Vybz Kartel‘s attorney, requested that the court drop the drug possession charge against his client.
The request was flatly rejected by Senior Magistrate who ordered that the prosecution and defense should discuss the matter and come to a decision when the case is next mentioned on October 11, which is also when a bail application is expected to made on Kartel’s behalf.
Vybz Kartelis tentatively set to be brought back to court October 13 for the preliminary hearing into the charges of murder, conspiracy and illegal firearm possession, which were laid against him earlier this week. Meanwhile Teacha’s Pet show is back on local Jamaican television, so says the Management of CVM TV.
According to reports the management team indicated due to the high demand and contractual arrangements the Television station took the decision to run the second episode last night.
