Jamaican artist Blak Ryno dropped a new single titled “Pedestal” paired with the music video.
The former Portmore Empire member spills his heart in “Pedestal,” which is produced by Unknown Records.
Ryno‘s new music single is about coming of age, getting wiser and more mature, and learning lessons as far as who to trust. Dont put no man on a pedestal because they’re likely to disappoint. We are all human!
The music video for ‘Pedestal’ stirred some comments from fans and viewers because Ryno appears to have bleached his skin and his complexion got several shades lighter than how fans were used to see him, so to many it came as a shock considering that the own artist’s name is Blak Ryno, and some fans of the artist commenting he should change his name to White Ryno or Brown Ryno.
The artist hit back at the comments about his skin writing that “nobody can tell him what to do with his body and how to live his life and telling the people bleaching is ok you will be allright.”
Gaza fans worldwide are not new to bleaching since World Boss Vybz Kartel, Ryno’s mentor that signed him to his Portmore Empire, had a history with bleaching his skin before his incarceration, not to mention his popular smashing hit “Cake Soap” and his own line of bleaching products, including his own Cake Soap. click here for all the details on that topic.
